A creamy Pakistani chicken dish cooked with yogurt, cream and aromatic spices, topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 0.5 cup cream
  • 4 green chillies, grinded
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • mozzarella cheese
  • frozen paratha

Steps

  1. 1Marinate the chicken breast pieces with yogurt, mayonnaise, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and lemon juice for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2Heat butter in a handi or heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade and cook until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  4. 4Add cream and grinded green chillies, mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5Add kasuri methi and mix gently.
  6. 6Top with mozzarella cheese and cover until cheese melts.
  7. 7Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, and big green chillies.
  8. 8Serve hot with frozen paratha.
