Cheesy Chicken Malai Handi

Ingredients
- 500 grams chicken breast
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 0.5 cup cream
- 4 green chillies, grinded
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp butter
- mozzarella cheese
- frozen paratha
Steps
- 1Marinate the chicken breast pieces with yogurt, mayonnaise, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and lemon juice for at least 15 minutes.
- 2Heat butter in a handi or heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
- 3Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade and cook until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- 4Add cream and grinded green chillies, mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- 5Add kasuri methi and mix gently.
- 6Top with mozzarella cheese and cover until cheese melts.
- 7Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, and big green chillies.
- 8Serve hot with frozen paratha.
