Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless, cubed
- 1 lb chicken thigh, boneless, cubed
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 0.25 cup plain greek yogurt
- 0.25 cup chipotle adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 0.5 cup mayo
- 0.5 juice of lime
- large flour tortillas
- shredded lettuce
- diced red onions
- diced sweet peppers
- fresh cilantro
- pepper, to taste
- 0.5 lime juice, juice

Steps
- 1In a large bowl, toss the cubed chicken breasts and thighs with avocado oil, Greek yogurt, chipotle adobo sauce, garlic paste, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, smoked paprika, chili powder, adobo seasoning, cumin, chicken bouillon powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- 2Cover and marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- 3Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in batches to prevent crowding, stirring occasionally for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked and nicely charred on the edges.
- 4Turn off the heat, add honey, and toss the chicken until glossy and coated.
- 5In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, chipotle adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the chipotle lime mayo.
- 6Warm the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds.
- 7Lay each tortilla flat and layer with honey chipotle chicken, shredded lettuce, diced red onion, diced sweet peppers, and fresh cilantro.
- 8Drizzle generously with chipotle lime mayo, then fold into a tight wrap.
- 9Toast the wrapped tortillas in a greased skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
