- 1Cook macaroni pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside

- 4Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant
- 5Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes
- 6Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes
- 7Season with salt, black pepper, and cumin
- 8Add the cooked macaroni to the beef mixture and toss to combine
- 9Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through and allow flavors to meld
