Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. 1In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
  2. 2Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. 3Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. 4Shape the mixture into rissoles of your desired size.
  5. 5Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6Add the rissoles to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  7. 7Remove from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
