Juicy Beef Rissoles

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 0.5 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- 1In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
- 2Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 3Mix everything together until well combined.
- 4Shape the mixture into rissoles of your desired size.
- 5Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 6Add the rissoles to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- 7Remove from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
