Ingredients
- noodles, boiled
- 0.5 cup boneless chicken, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, sliced
- 2 tbsp green onions
- 0.5 cup capsicum
- carrot
- cabbage
- 1 tsp tikka masala
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 0.5 tsp red chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp cornflour
- salt, to taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 0.25 cup tomato or chili garlic ketchup
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
Steps
- 1Marinate sliced chicken with tikka masala, vinegar, red chili flakes, black pepper, cornflour, salt to taste, soy sauce, and hot sauce.
- 2Prepare sauce mix by combining tomato or chili garlic ketchup, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, oil, and a pinch of salt.
- 3Heat oil in a wok and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
- 4Add marinated chicken to the wok and cook until done.
- 5Add capsicum, carrot, and cabbage and stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- 6Season with salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and chicken powder.
- 7Add boiled noodles to the wok.
- 8Pour the prepared sauce mix over the noodles and toss everything well until evenly coated.
- 9Serve hot.
