Creamy pasta dish with seasoned chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and a rich tuscan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breast, boneless
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 tbsp italian herbs
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 onion, small, finely chopped
  • garlic, fresh, finely chopped
  • sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • cherry tomatoes, fresh
  • 2 cup half & half creamer
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp pepper flakes
  • parmesan cheese
  • spinach
  • parsley, for garnish

Steps

  1. 1Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, chicken bouillon, Italian herbs, and black pepper
  2. 2Heat avocado oil in a large pan and cook the seasoned chicken until done, then set aside
  3. 3In the same pan, sauté finely chopped onion and fresh garlic until fragrant
  4. 4Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and tomato paste, cook briefly
  5. 5Add fresh cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften
  6. 6Pour in half & half creamer and add chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika powder, pepper flakes, Italian herbs, and black pepper
  7. 7Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce becomes creamy
  8. 8Add spinach and let it wilt into the sauce
  9. 9Return cooked chicken to the pan and mix with the tuscan sauce
  10. 10Serve over cooked pasta and garnish with parsley and pepper flakes
