Ingredients
- 200 g chow mein noodles, cooked
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 100 g cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200 g chicken breast, boneless, sliced (optional)
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped (optional)
- pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
Steps
- 1Cook chow mein noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
- 2In a large pan over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil. Once hot, add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.
- 3Add minced garlic, sliced onion, bell pepper, carrot, and shredded cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are soft.
- 4Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the pan. Mix well to coat the vegetables and chicken.
- 5Add the cooked chow mein noodles to the pan and toss everything together to combine.
- 6Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chopped green onions before serving.
