Double patty burgers with special sauce inspired by In-N-Out style.

Ingredients

  • 28 oz ground beef, 75/25 blend
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 8 slice american cheese
  • 1 tsp mustard, on each patty
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • pickles
  • onions, grilled
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup dill relish
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Steps

  1. 1Make the sauce by combining mayo, ketchup, hot sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dill relish, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl and mix well
  2. 2Form the 28 oz of ground beef into 8 patties for double patty burgers
  3. 3Season each patty with 1 tsp mustard
  4. 4Grill the onions until caramelized
  5. 5Cook the beef patties on a grill or skillet until desired doneness
  6. 6Place 2 slices of American cheese on each burger
  7. 7Assemble burgers with buns, double patties with cheese, special sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and grilled onions
